Reed Exhibitions Ltd have appointed Agility Fairs & Events Logistics Ltd as their sole official freight and onsite handling provider for Total Processing and Packaging Exhibition 2013.

Exhibition Handling & Freight Order Form

We require the following services: (tick as required)
General Lifting Only - Exhibits Only	To be paid directly to Reed Exhibitions
Additional Lifting Tariff
Unloading / reloading of stand fittings for Space Only stand	£20.00 per tonne / 3 Cbm each way
General Lifting in excess of 5 tonne forklift capacity from stand to warehouse**	£20.00 per tonne / 3 Cbm each way
Collection, storage and redelivery of empties	£20.00 per Cbm – Min 2 Cbm
Pre-show / Post Show storage Storage in warehouse for 1 week before / after tenancy of show
Consumables Receive palletised materials in our warehouse, storage and delivery to stand either prior to the show or on a daily call off basis	£35.00 per pallet / 1st delivery £15.00 per additional part pallet delivery
Freight Interim storage (up to 1 week pre-show and post-show)	£12.00 per Cbm
Courier Receiving / Collection
All pre-booked courier receiving up to a consignment weight of 100 Kgs	Free of Charge
Courier Receiving Service of non booked items	£35.00 per consignment

All prices are exclusive of VAT. A 5% surcharge is applicable for all credit card payments.
